No. We'll come out, look at the job and give you a written estimate at no cost. If the job needs drawings or engineering before it can be priced properly, we'll tell you that up front and what it would cost.
Yes. We carry $2 million liability insurance and we're covered under WCB. Certificates are available on request — just ask.
We work throughout Hinton, Edson, Jasper and Yellowhead County, and we're based in Obed, right between Edson and Hinton. If you're a little outside that, ask anyway — depending on the job we can often still help.
Yes. Alongside homes and rentals we handle commercial site work and ongoing facility maintenance — concrete aprons and walkways, grounds upkeep, and scheduled repair rounds. Ask about a standing maintenance arrangement if you have a building to keep on top of.
Jobs over $1,000 take a 50% deposit up front, with the balance due on completion. Anything under that is invoiced once the work is done. We accept e-transfer, cash or cheque.
